How Do You Improve Your Rollator Posture and Gait?

Using a rollator correctly can make a dramatic difference to your comfort, safety, and long-term health. Poor posture when walking with a rollator, such as leaning too far forward or stooping over the handles, can lead to back pain, fatigue, and even an increased risk of falling.
